Clarinet Tutor - Central Ensembles
The Vacancy
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Specialist Clarinet Tutor to join our Central Ensembles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced musician looking to share their expertise and inspire the next generation of clarinet players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised one-to-one instruction to students, focusing on technique and performance skills,
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to help students gain confidence and improve their skills.
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to create performance opportunities and enhance the overall program.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents.
Key Qualities:
- Proven experience as a clarinet tutor or performer, with a strong understanding of teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying skill levels.
- Relevant qualifications in music education or performance are desirable.
